Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at The Boardroom, 34 South Molton Street, London W1Y 2BP, on 28th August 1998 at 10.45 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at Marshalls, Abacus House, Acorn Business Park, Tower Park, Poole, Dorset, no later than 12 noon on the day before the Meeting.
