Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of BN Jackson, Norton, 1 and 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5BZ, on Friday, 28th August 1998, at 10 a.m. to be followed at 10.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of and hearing any explanation of it that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at any of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
