Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Grant Thornton, Edinburgh House, Windsor Road, Slough, Berkshire SL1 2EE, on 30th September 1998, at 1 p.m., for the purposes mentioned in section 94 of the said Act, ie having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
