Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of TVE Productions Limited will be held at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, on Wednesday, 30th September 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date, and to resolve whether the Liquidator should be granted his release. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. A proxy for the Meeting must be lodged at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, no later than 12 noon on Tuesday, 29th September 1998. M. F.
