At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 12 Tokenhouse Yard, London EC2R 7AN, on 9th July 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily as a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation and that Stephen Patrick Jens Wadsted, of Kidsons Impey, Spectrum House, 20-26 Cursitor Street, London, is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” S.
