Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.102(5) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that Gerald Irwin, of Irwin & Company and Ian James Gould, of Pannell Kerr Forster were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above Company in the High Court of Justice on 22nd June 1998. We are required to give notice that it is not our intention to call a Meeting of Creditors and contributories. The Joint Liquidators shall however, summon a Meeting if they are requested, in accordance with the Insolvency Rules, to do so by one tenth, in value, of the Company’s Creditors. G. Irwin, I. J.
