Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Berley, 76 New Cavendish Street, London W1M 7LB, on 26th August 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor is entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings and may appoint a proxy to attend. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. A proxy form is enclosed herewith. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged at 76 New Cavendish Street, London W1M 7LB, not later than 12 noon, on 25th August 1998. J.
