STAFFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL

The Borough of Stafford (Doxey and The Crescent, Doxey, Stafford) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 1992 (Part Revocation) Order 1998
Notice is hereby given that the Stafford Borough Council propose to make the above Order in exercise of their powers under sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
  The effect of the proposals will be to allow unlimited waiting on the length and side of road specified in the Schedule below.
  A copy of the proposed Order and appropriate plan giving full details of the proposal together with a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at my office during normal office hours.
  Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made should be submitted in writing to the undersigned by not later than 7th August 1998.

Length of Road in the Borough of Stafford

  The Crescent, Doxey, Stafford, on its western side from a point 60 metres north of the junction with Doxey for a distance of 5 metres in a southerly direction.
