Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Albert Chambers, 221-223 Chingford Mount Road, London E4 8LP (S106), on Monday, 17th August 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator and to pass a resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Company.
