Notice of applications for consent under Schedule 10

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995), that the following application has been made to the Environment Agency, South West Region.   Application reference 19D/300750 by D. Healey to discharge a maximum of 14.5 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to a tributary of the Tresillian River at National Grid References SW 8831 5586 from a residential development adjacent to Beaconside Housing Estate, Summercourt, Newquay.   Copies of this application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at the Agency Offices at Sir John Moore House, Victoria Square, Bodmin, Cornwall PL31 1EB.   Any person who wishes to make representations about this application should do so in writing to: Environment Agency, South West Region, Sir John Moore House, Victoria Square, Bodmin, Cornwall PL13 1EB, quoting the above reference not later than 27th August 1998.
