At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the County Hotel, Rainsford Road, Chelmsford CM1 2QA, on Wednesday, 8th July 1998, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Thomas M. Wagstaff, of Wagstaff & Co., 518 Wilmslow Road, Withington, Manchester M20 4BT, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.” R. H. Goss, Chairman
