Notice is hereby given, that in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named company will be held at 25 Longford Street, London NW1 3NY, on 10th August 1997, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 11 a.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors for the purposes provided in the said section.
