Limited Partnerships Act 1907 pursuant to section 10

Notice is hereby given that the entire interest of HEV Limited, of 41 Tower Hill, London EC3N 4HA, held in respect of that Company’s position as the General Partner in the HEV III US Limited Partnership, a Limited Partnership registered in England, was assigned by a Deed of Assignment dated 19th June 1998 and effective from 1st July 1998, in favour of Duke Street Capital III Limited, of Dukes Court, 32 Dukes Street, St. James’, London SW1 6DF. HEV Limited will remain as a Limited Partner in HEV III US Limited Partnership. 1st July 1998.
