Transfer of General Business

Notice is hereby given that NCM Credit Insurance Limited applied to HM Treasury on 30th June 1998 for its approval, pursuant to Part II of Schedule 2C to the Insurance Companies Act 1982, to transfer to Nederlandsche Credietverzekering Maatschappij NV all of its rights and obligations under policies written by it in the United Kingdom in respect of risks situated in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland after 27th May 1998 and prior to 3rd July 1998.
  Copies of the statement of particulars of the proposed transfer are available for inspection at NCM Credit Insurance Limited, 3 Harbour Drive, Capital Waterside, Cardiff CF1 6TZ, from Mondays to Fridays, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., until 3rd August 1998.
  Written representations in relation to the proposed transfer may be sent to HM Treasury, Insurance Directorate, 1 Victoria Street, London SW1H 0ET before 1st September 1998. HM Treasury will not determine the application until after considering any representations made before that date.
