Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 1 City Square, Leeds LS1 2AL, on 29th July 1998, at 1.30 p.m. and 2 p.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, receiving the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, approving the release of the Liquidator.
