At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, at 5-7 Grosvenor Court, Foregate Street, Chester CH1 1HG, on 25th June 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly proposed and passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that David Simon Matthew Edwards, of Aaron & Partners, Grosvenor Court, Foregate Street, Chester CH1 1HG, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” T.
