Introduction of Loading Restrictions

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on 3rd July 1998, made the above Order, the general effect of which would be as follows:

Pembridge Road

As part of an accident remedial scheme for Pembridge Road the following loading restrictions will be introduced in order to improve sightlines and traffic motility:   New Loading Restrictions:       (1) South-west side, between the southern kerb-line of Portobello Road and the north-eastern kerb-line of Kensington Park Road. No loading between 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., Mondays to Fridays, and between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays.       (2) South-west side, between a point 8 metres south-east of the eastern kerb-line of Bulmer Mews and a point 17 metres south-east of that point. No loading between 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., Mondays to Fridays.       (3) North-east side, between the southern kerb-line of Portobello Road and a point 3 metres south of the party wall of Nos. 20 and 22 Pembridge Road. No loading between 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., Mondays to Fridays, and between 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. on Saturdays.       (4) North-east side, between a point 3 metres south of the party wall of Nos. 20 and 22 Pembridge Road, and a point 3 metres south of the party wall of Nos. 14 and 16 Pembridge Road. No loading between 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., Mondays to Fridays.   Copies of the Orders which will come into operation for all purposes on 20th July 1998, and all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Order was made in The Parking Management Office, Room 317, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX.   Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
