Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Searle & Co., 1741 Warwick Road, Knowle, West Midlands B93 0LX, on Thursday, 30th July 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the past year.
