At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 12 Portland Street, Southampton, on 29th June 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Barrett, of Radfords, 12 Portland Street, Southampton, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” A.
