A Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, under section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year. The Meeting will be held at 10-12 East Parade, Leeds LS1 2AJ, on 24th July 1998, at 11 a.m. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his behalf.
