Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at 26 Heath Street, Golborne, Warrington, Cheshire WA3 3AD, on Monday, 27th July 1998, at 11.45 a.m., to be followed at 12 noon by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted, and the property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company, and of the Joint Liquidators shall be disposed of. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at 26 Heath Street, Golborne, Warrington, Cheshire WA3 3AD, no later than 12 noon on the preceding day. W. B. Ganley, A.
