Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Campbell Crossley and Davis, 348-350 Lytham Road, Blackpool, Lancashire FY4 1DW, on Monday, 14th September 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having a final account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and resolving that the Liquidator be granted his release.
