Notice by Highway Authority of intention to apply to Magistrates’ Court for Order under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 for stopping-up or diversion.

Notice is hereby given that an application will be made to the Justices sitting at Camberwell Green Magistrates Court, 15 D’Eynsford Road, London S.E.5., on Tuesday, 28th July 1998, at 2 p.m., for an Order stopping-up of Wickwood Street, Loughborough Junction, London S.E.5., on the grounds that the said highway is unnecessary.   A plan showing the effect of the proposed Order may be inspected at the London Borough of Lambeth, 4th Floor, Courtenay House, 9-15 New Park Road, London S.W.2, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
