The Kensington and Chelsea (Parking Places) (Medium Tariff) (Amendment No. 25) Order 1998 The Kensington and Chelsea (Parking Places) (Residents Parking) (Amendment No. 35) Order 1998 The Kensington and Chelsea (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (SPA) (Amendment No. 38) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, on 26th June 1998, made the above Orders, the general effect of which would be to provide additional resident parking spaces and/or visitor parking spaces in the following streets by converting existing yellow line or rearranging the parking layout:   Carlyle Square, Edith Terrace, Elm Park Road, Fernshaw Road, Langton Street, Limerston Street, Mallord Street, Netherton Grove, Old Church Street, Park Walk, Shalcombe Street, Slaidburn Street and Winterton Place.   Additionally, solo motor cycle bays will be provided in Gertrude Street, Park Walk and Slaidburn Street.   Copies of the Orders which will come into operation for the purposes of placing traffic signs on 29th June 1998, and for all other purposes on 13th July 1998, and all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Orders were made in:   The Parking Management Office, Room 317, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, telephone 0171-361 2519.   Any persons desiring to to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant Regulations made thereunder, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make applicaton for the purpose to the High Court.
