The London Borough of Haringey (Prescribed Route) (No. 4) Traffic Management Order 1998 No. 29

Notice is hereby given, that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey, on 2nd April 1998, made the Haringey (Prescribed Route) (No. 4) Traffic Order 1998, under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.   The general effect of the Order will be to close North Grove N.15, at a point 20 metres north of the northern kerb-line of St. Anns Road, N.15, thus preventing access into St. Anns Road from North Grove and vice versa.   A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 26th June 1998, can be inspected until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, between 9 a.m. and 4.45 p.m., on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at:   (i) The Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, London N22 7TR; and   (ii) Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, Hornsey N.8.   Copies of the Order may be obtained from T. A. Duguid, at the Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR. (Ref. LEG/TAD/4/4000.)   Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
