Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 94 and section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting and Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held as Goodman Jones Associates, 29-30 Fitzroy Square, London W1P 6LQ, on 20th July 1998, at 10 a.m., and 10.15 a.m. respectively. This is for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members and Creditors showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. Also it is intended the Liquidator will be released from his office at the conclusion of these Meetings. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. J. S.
