ENVIRONMENT AGENCY

Notice of application for licences to obstruct or impede the flow of an inland water by means of impounding works and to absract water. Take notice that J. G. and E. A. Devine of Llwyngwyddel, Lampeter Velfrey, is applying to the Environment Agency for licences to obstruct or impede the flow of un-named springs and stream by means of three numbered reservoirs at National Grid Reference SN 170 152 at Llwyngwyddel, Lampeter Velfrey, and to abstract water at the following rate of up to 950,000 cubic metres per year, between 1st January and 31st December each year. The combined capacity of the reservoirs at overflow level will be 30,000 cubic metres. Water to be used in fish ponds.   A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Llwyngwyddel, between 20th June and 17th July 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Llys Afon, Hawthorn Rise, Haverfordwest, before the end of the said period.
