A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, of determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and of agreeing the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration in accordance with Rule 4.127 of the Insolvency Rules 1986. It is suggested that this is based on time costs. The Meeting will be held at Grant Thornton, St. John’s Centre, 110 Albion Street, Leeds LS2 8LA, on 17th July 1998, at 10 a.m. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on 16th July 1998, to entitle Creditors to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
