Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at the Civic Offices, St. Nicholas Way, Sutton, Surrey SM1 1EA, on Monday, 13th July 1998, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed by a Meeting of Creditors at 10.45 a.m. for the purposes of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
