Notice is hereby given that on 29th May 1998, Robert James Carmichael Ashworth retired from the Partnership carrying on business as Solicitors under the firm name of ADDISON MADDEN subsisting between Peter Howard Madden, David Eric Younghusband, James Stuart Meeke and Christopher Charles Halliwell (collectively called “the Continuing Partners“) and themselves. All debts due to and owing by Addison Madden will be received and paid respectively by the Continuing Partners, who will continue to carry on the business of the Partnership under the firm name of Addison Madden.
