This Meeting will be held at the Institute of Directors, Business Centre, Hargreaves Room, 116 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ED, on 4th August 1998, at 11.55 a.m. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at this Meeting, but who is unable to do so, is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
