ADVENT PRIVATE EQUITY FUND II‘A’

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 29th May 1998, Advent Nominees Limited transferred to Innotech Investments Limited all of its interest in Advent Private Equity Fund II‘A’, a Limited Partnership registered in England No. LP5765 (“the Partnership”) and that Advent Nominees Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership with effect from 29th May 1998, and Innotech Investments Limited became a Limited Partner with effect from the same date.
