The Borough of Watford (West Watford Area) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that on 4th June 1998, the Watford Borough Council, pursuant to arrangements made under section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with the County Council of Hertfordshire, made the above Order under sections 1, 2, 4, 32 and 35 and Part II and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
  The effect of this Order is as described in the notice of proposals Reference no. 494 which was published in The London Gazette, Issue No. 2061, dated 20th February 1998.
  The Order will come into operation on 15th June 1998.
  A copy of the Order together with the relevant map may be inspected on request at the One-Stop-Shop, Town Hall, Watford, during normal office hours.
  If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 4th June 1998, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
