Notice of Deposit of Proposals for a Local Plan
Tandridge District Local Plan

Notice is hereby given that Tandridge District Council have prepared proposals for the above plan. If, and when, these plan proposals are adopted they will form part of the development plan for Tandridge District Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.   Copies of the proposals are available for public inspection, free of charge, at the Council Offices, Station Road East, Oxted, Mondays to Thursdays 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., and at the Soper Hall Information Office, Harestone Valley Road, Caterham, free of charge, Mondays to Thursdays 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. and Fridays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and at local libraries, free of charge, during normal opening hours.   Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposals, should be sent in writing to the Director of Environmental Protection, Tandridge District Council, Council Offices, Station Road East, Oxted, Surrey RH8 0BT, before 17th July 1998. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals.   Only objectors whose objections are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above within the 6 week period ending 17th July 1998 will have the right to have their objections considered at a local inquiry or hearing.   Further information is available from (in writing) The Director of Environmental Protection, Tandridge District Council, Council Offices, Station Road East, Oxted, Surrey RH8 0BT, (by telephone) Mr. P. Notice of intention to adopt proposals
