Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Staple House, Staple Gardens, Winchester SO23 9EJ, on 12th August 1998, at 2 p.m., to be followed at 2.30 p.m. by an Annual and Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
