Notice is hereby given that public local inquiries will be held to hear objections to and representations about the Secretary of State for Environment, Transport and the Regions proposals for the Schemes and Orders listed above.   The inquiries will be held by a person nominated by the Lord Chancellor and appointed by the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions for the purpose.   The Secretary of State will publish a further notice which will be in accordance with Rule 10 Highways (Inquiries Procedures) Rules 1994, and the Compulsory Purchase by Ministers (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 1994, which will also include details of the Schemes and Orders which are the subject of the public inquiries and explain the procedures to be followed for anyone who wishes to appear and to give evidence or submit alternative proposals.
