At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Companies, duly convened, and held at Forstal Road, Maidstone, Kent ME20 7AL, on 18th May 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   That the Companies be wound up voluntarily, and that P.
