Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that J. Bickley and Son, of Aller Barton, Sandford, Crediton, Devon, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 14/45/02/0754 to abstract water from a tapped spring, at National Grid Reference SS 8122 0206, at Aller Barton.   The variation being applied for is to include a borehole at National Grid Reference SS 8108 0203. Abstraction quantities will be in aggregate with no increase in quantity. The source of supply for both points is the Crediton Breccia.   A copy of the application and any map, plans and documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Aller Barton, Sandford, between 21st May and 21st June 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Devon Area, Resource Licensing, Exminster House, Miller Way, Exminster, Exeter, before the end of the said period.
