Notice of application for consent for the purpose of section 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Cardiff Bay Development Coporation for consent to discharge a rainfall related volume of site drainage to a drainage ditch, non-tidal, at National Grid Reference ST 3274 8345, from an area in front of Uskmouth Power Station, Uskmouth, near Newport.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 30th June 1998, quoting Ref. EP/WQ/RC&C/ LM/AN0284201.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Environment Agency, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT.
