Notice of application for consent for the purpose of section 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by PMG Developments Ltd for consent to discharge sewage effluent in an emergency and/or under storm conditions to the River Neath, at National Grid Reference SS 752 482, from site formerly occupied by Llanelec Engineering Co. and the adjacent land, formerly the brewery site, adjacent to Cadoxton Road, Neath.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 30th June 1998, quoting Ref. EP/WQ/RC&C/ LM/BP0271701.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Environment Agency, Glan Tawe, 154 St. Helens Road, Swansea SA1 4DF. B.
