Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Kallis & Co., Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0RA, on 18th June 1998, at (a) 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, (b) 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. respectively, (c) 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, (d) 11.30 a.m. and 11.45 a.m. respectively, (e) 12 noon and 12.15 p.m. respectively, (f) 12.30 p.m. and 12.45 p.m. respectively, (g) 2 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. respectively, and (h) 2.30 p.m. and 2.45 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the properties of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
