Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Insol House, 39 Station Road, Lutterworth, Leicestershire LE17 4AP, on 18th June 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes provided for in the said section.
