THE GRANVILLE PRIVATE EQUITY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, in relation to The Granville Private Equity Limited Partnership (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP4526, that with effect from 7th May 1998, Francis Tancrede (“the Vendor”) a limited partner in the Partnership, transfered to Kelinwort Benson (Jersey) Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the Granville Executive Discretionary Trust and another limited partner in the Partnership, that part of his interest in the Partnership (“the Transferred Partnership Interest”) which was represented by £1.69 of his capital commitment to the Partnership and Kleinwort Benson (Jersey) Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the Granville Executive Discretionary Trust, became a limited partner with respect to the Transferred Partnership Interest.
