Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Valentine & Co., 4 Dancastle Court, 14 Arcadia Avenue, London N3 2HS, on Thursday, 18th June 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, to receive an account and showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator, and to pass a Resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Company.
