Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Bradshaws, 2 Upperton Gardens, Eastbourne, East Sussex, on 9th June 1998, at 11.15 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up has been conducted and its property disposed of, hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and for approval of the disposing of the Company’s books and records 15 months after the date of the Meetings.
