Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Members of the above-named Club will be held at The Conservative Club, Beach Road, Seaton, Devon, on 19th May 1998, at 7.30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the necessary Resolutions for the winding-up of the Club. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy who need not be a Member of the Club to attend and vote on his or her behalf. Proxies intended to use at the Meeting must be lodged with the Club, c/o Ernst & Young, Broadwalk House, Southernhay West, Exeter, Devon EX1 1LF, no later than 12 noon on 18th May 1998.     By Order of the Board.
