At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 47 a College Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 3PU, on 23rd April 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Clive Robert Hammond, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up”.
