Traffic Management Order 1998 No. 23

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 26th March 1998 made the Haringey (Off-street Parking Places) (Amendment No. 5) Traffic Order 1998 under sections 35 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.   The general effect of the Order will be to increase charges in the following car parks:   Westerfield Road N.15, Stoneleigh Road N.17, Crouch Hall Road N.8.   A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 1st May 1998, can be inspected until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made between 9 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at The Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green N22 7TR, and Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, Hornsey N.8.   Copies of the Order may be obtained from T. A. Duguid, at the Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green N22 7TR.   Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
