ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
The A16 Trunk Road (Main Road, Utterby, Lincolnshire) (40 m.p.h. Speed Limit) Order 1998

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on a length of the A16 Trunk Road (Main Road) at Utterby in Lincolnshire.   The effect of the Order is to impose a 40 miles per hour speed limit on the A16 between points 75 metres north-west of its junction with Chapel Lane and 50 metres south-east of its junction with Ings Lane, a distance of 920 metres.   A copy of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln; East Lindsey District Council, Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth, Lincolnshire; or obtained by application to the Highways Agency, Network and Customer Services (Midland), Heron House, 49-53 Goldington Road, Bedford MK40 3LL, quoting Reference 5065/28/2/A16/15.
