Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Final General Meeting of the Shareholders of the above Company will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young, Norham House, 12 New Bridge Street West, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8AD, on Wednesday, 27th May 1998, at 2 p.m. to be followed at 2.15 p.m. by the Final Meeting of the Creditors, to have an account laid before them showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of and to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
